EVOS Frame Sliders are specialized protective components mounted to the motorcycle frame or engine, designed to reduce damage in the event of a fall — both at standstill and during riding. The sliders are made from a high-density engineered polymer that absorbs a significant portion of impact energy, helping to protect critical structural components of the motorcycle. During a slide, the dense material gradually wears down in a controlled manner, assisting in deceleration and limiting potential damage. The four-point mounting system significantly reduces the risk of engine mounting damage during a crash by distributing impact forces more effectively across the structure. Each slider is precisely machined from a solid block of specially selected polymer. The material properties have been optimized to provide effective impact energy dissipation while maintaining excellent resistance to abrasion and cracking. The product has been repeatedly tested by teams competing in long-distance endurance racing (EWC – Endurance World Championship), confirming its performance and durability under extreme track conditions.
